GOD SEARCHES THE HEART

God knows what we are thinking. He searches the heart and mind of man and he assures us that someday all will be revealed. Both the good and the bad, which has not been repented for, will be exposed. It’s not always easy to say as the Psalmist did, “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:”

Scripture:
And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee: but if thou forsake him, he will cast the off for ever. (1st Chronicles 28:9)

The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. (Proverbs 15:3)

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts. (Proverbs 21:2)

The LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. (Jeremiah 17:10)

For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. (Luke 12:2)

And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. (Luke 16:15)

WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?
We have learned we can not hide anything from God and that someday all will be revealed. There are no secrets from Our Father.
